Why Not Me?

You know I am always picking up other people's garbage but yet have I found 1 cent let alone a lottery ticket worth $15 dollars! The lucky couple who did cashed it in and bought another ticket and managed to win $1,000! The fact that I usually am just picking up after my kids who only throw real trash out may have something to do with my bad luck in this department, but I still say that this is a really lucky couple!
